Purchased for my elderly mother who doesn't use computers. So useful that the call just pops up on her TV and then returns to the programme she was watching when I hang up. The grandchildren have used it to keep in touch too, especially over the Christmas period. I used the booking system for the install to receive IT help for setting up which was very helpful and very worthwhile. The only issue I've encountered is the clarity of the picture but that may well have something to do with the strength of the Wi-Fi signal rather than the device. Highly recommended.
So far it has worked very well It’s great being able to see my parents every day and they don’t have to do anything to receive my call. Living abroad it gives me peace of mind
This is an excellent product and relatively easy to set up. Support is on hand too.
We're not certain whether it will be of great advantage to Mum and Dad yet because it's early days and because of their deteriorating condition but that is no criticism of the product.
