Products shipped to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man use Royal Mail Special Delivery
All products will be shipped with a UK-spec power supply, unless specified otherwise
The price paid will include VAT (except Channel Islands or where UK VAT relief for disabled is claimed)
Customers should expect their purchase to be delivered 3-5 working days after order is placed

Products shipped to EU, EEA countries and Switzerland use DHL Express Commerce
All products will be shipped with a Euro power supply (except Ireland where a UK-spec power supply will be included)
Please note that the price paid will not include UK sales tax
You will need to pay local sales tax and import duties to customs in your country before you will receive your product. DHL will facilitate this.
Customers should expect their purchase to be delivered 5-7 working days after order is placed (subject to payment of any sales tax and import duties)
