Buying a CallGenie is a thoughtful decision, often made with a loved one’s needs in mind. If it turns out it isn’t right after all, you can cancel.

You have 14 days from the day your CallGenie arrives to let us know. You don’t need to give us a reason.

To cancel, use the form below. It tells us which order you mean and sends your request straight to us. You’ll get an email back confirming we’ve received it, with the date and time on it.

Once we have your request, we’ll arrange your refund and let you know how to return the device to us. You can read the full details, including how your refund is worked out, in our refund policy.
