ly mum who is not tech savvy, once set up with the remote help of the owner of the company it’s so easy for me to use and as mum dose not have to do anything technical easy for her as well, the system turns mums tv on from standby or when watching a programme when I call and then once I hang up goes back to it’s original state, the camera spans mums lounge and both the sound and picture are excellent quality, I would highly recommend this to everyone

with my 97-year old father, who is in a care home. I have never had to use the support service because the product works so smoothly. The extended warranty simply provides peace of mind in case a glitch occurs that I cannot solve myself.
