first time out of the box. I missed the set-up support session included in the price but it's so easy to use, most people will get it going without any help. For now it automates incoming calls only, I think the next step should be a simplified way for non-technical people to make out-going calls.

h between the USA and UK. I don’t have to do anything—she just appears on my TV. When we’re done, the TV goes back to my program or turns off if I wasn’t watching anything. Brilliant.

g with my mother who has dementia and aphasia. The support we got was exceptional and now the system works amazing. Being able to see my mother despite her poor communication skills, the smile on her face is priceless she talks about the family popping in to see her. I can’t thank everyone enough
