finding that we’re doing it more! I waited until I was visiting to set up Call Genie and I’m glad I did as the set up for myself took a fair amount of concentration so for them probably wouldn’t have worked. This was mainly because the model of mini computer was slightly different so the diagrams etc didn’t quite match but I got there. The set up call was great and Rob was really friendly and patient and helpful. We’ve had one incident in which it didn’t automatically connect and a quick power off at the wall did the trick. This is a great way to communicate with relatives who aren’t as tech savvy and so much better than them both trying to squeeze in front of a laptop camera.

first time out of the box. I missed the set-up support session included in the price but it's so easy to use, most people will get it going without any help. For now it automates incoming calls only, I think the next step should be a simplified way for non-technical people to make out-going calls.

h between the USA and UK. I don’t have to do anything—she just appears on my TV. When we’re done, the TV goes back to my program or turns off if I wasn’t watching anything. Brilliant.
